Founded in 2023, we help founders and business owners in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We provide Full Stack Executive Assistant (EA) services, taking on administrative tasks so you can focus on growing your business and personal life. Our services include finding, hiring, training, and onboarding EAs, as well as building custom systems for them.

We source and train EAs who specialize in supporting founders. We create custom delegation frameworks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workflows. We also offer ongoing coaching for founders and their EAs, along with continuous monitoring and management of the EAs. Our EAs handle inbox and calendar management, track open tasks, ensure completion, and monitor progress on goals and objectives.

We work with founders or business owners whose companies generate at least $1M in revenue or have secured $3M in funding, and who have at least a few employees, often in remote-first businesses. Our onboarding starts with an application and discovery phase. We then spend over 60 hours creating customized SOPs and systems. We recruit talent primarily from Latin America and the Philippines, training them on client-specific systems. We also provide ongoing support and assessments for our EAs.

Membership pricing starts at $3,000 per month, with a 30-day guarantee. Our EAs support a wide range of professional and personal operations, including:
