We are an AI strategic consulting firm established in 2014, working in IT Services and IT Consulting. We use a “Business First” approach to help firms create and implement AI strategic plans focused on return on investment (ROI). We help clients find, develop, and deliver impactful business opportunities by using AI to create business value and competitive advantage. We work with senior business and technology leaders. Our services include:

• Discover: We learn about a client’s business and technology to understand their value objectives and current AI efforts.
• Define: We use our findings to create a foundational “AI Strategic Plan” for adopting AI across the enterprise.
• Design: We turn the foundational AI roadmap into actionable work elements for both business and technology teams.
• Develop and Deliver: We partner with clients to provide the skills and expertise needed to develop and deliver capabilities defined in the AI roadmap.

Beyond AI consulting, we also provide Application Software Development, Web Application Development, Technology Skillset Development, Agile Development, Software Support, .NET Development, Java Development, DevOps, Infrastructure Management, Application Migration, Quality Assurance/Testing, Business Intelligence, Application Performance Management, Help Desk, and IT Strategy Development and Implementation. We also offer IT staff augmentation. We have between 11-50 employees.

We founded Gullview Technologies in 2014 because we observed that many technology initiatives often struggled to deliver their intended business outcomes, even when they were technically sound. We recognized the need for a strategic, business-focused approach to technology implementation and a genuine partnership between clients and consultants.
