Founded in 2015, we partner with school districts and health plans across the country to deliver telehealth services to K-12 students. We offer mental and physical health support, accessible both at school and at home.

Our providers are experienced in children’s and teenagers’ health needs. They work with parents and school staff to make sure students get the right care.

We also work with Little Otter to provide flexible, part-time teletherapy for children aged 0-17. Our internal teams manage customer engagement platforms, accounting, network operations, and K-12 district partnerships.

Our mission is to change how children access healthcare. We believe that when students feel better, they learn better.

Hazel Health has between 201 and 500 employees. We are a fast-growing, remote company. While many roles are fully remote, some positions may need to be near our San Francisco or Dallas offices.

We offer remote work options across many U.S. states. Our compensation package is competitive, with base salaries for specific roles ranging from $56,650 to $150,000, plus stock options.
