We use an AI-powered care model, a wearable device, and access to expert clinicians to provide individualized care. Our services include virtual physical therapy programs for joint and muscle pain, delivered through a mobile app. The app offers guided exercise sessions with 3D motion tracking for real-time feedback. Users are supported by a care team, including a physical therapist, health coach, orthopedic specialist, and an AI care assistant. Exercise programs are tailored to each person’s needs and adapt as their pain or symptoms change.

We also offer the Enso® device, an FDA-cleared device that uses patented waveforms for drug-free pain relief. This device is exclusive to us. Virtual pelvic floor therapy is also available, with support from a care team specializing in MSK and pelvic health.

For businesses, we offer value-based pricing and streamlined contracts through national health plans and PBMs. Implementation is often handled by our partners, simplifying eligibility, billing, reporting, and care coordination. Our care model has been shown to deliver a 2.4x ROI. We were founded in 2014 and are based in San Francisco, California.
