Job Description
We are currently looking for a new Head of Innovation and Services Development Department. In this role, you will be responsible for innovative solutions and services. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Shaping and effectively implementing the strategy for innovation projects and service development
- Coordinating the portfolio of existing regulated and non-regulated services, ensuring their oversight, continuous improvement, and the development and market introduction of new services
- Fostering an innovative, technology-driven culture and supporting employee development
- Identifying opportunities and proposing innovative solutions to improve organizational performance
- Coordinating the company’s participation in international organizations and international projects at the organizational level
- Ensuring the improvement of the company’s operational processes and monitoring their performance indicators
- Representing the company in various meetings, presenting information to different audiences, and aligning diverse stakeholder interests
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in business development and/or project management and/or the energy sector
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team
- A university degree in engineering, economics, or management
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, planning, and management skills
- Ability to listen and propose effective solutions
- Excellent proficiency in core MS Office applications
- Fluent communication skills in Lithuanian and English
Would be an advantage:
- Experience in strategic functions within a large infrastructure organization
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework and legislation in the energy sector
