Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Remote Operations and Asset Performance to provide strategic leadership for our Asset Operations & Performance function. You will play a key role in enhancing operational performance, maximizing asset availability and reliability, and advancing long-term value creation across our growing renewable energy portfolio. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Defining and execute the Asset Operations & Performance strategy, operating model, and long-term roadmap to maximize asset value across the renewable energy portfolio.
- Leading and developing the Remote Operations & Monitoring, Asset Performance & Optimization, and Data Engineering & Analytics teams, ensuring strong collaboration and delivery of business objectives.
- Ensuring high asset availability, reliability, operational continuity, and production performance through effective operational management and optimization.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost optimization, performance enhancement, standardization, and operational excellence.
- Leading the development of data, analytics, digitalization, and automation capabilities, enabling data-driven decision making and adoption of advanced technologies.
- Overseeing performance management processes, including production loss analysis, reliability improvement, incident management, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Building and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment between operations, asset management, engineering, commercial, and support functions.
- Leading organizational development, budget management, and capability building to support business growth, portfolio expansion, and future operational requirements.
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Energy, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in energy, renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities, or other asset-intensive industries.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams or operational functions.
- Proven experience leading asset operations, performance management, operational excellence, digitalization, analytics, or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy operations, asset performance optimization, reliability management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Solid understanding of SCADA, OT, EMS, VPP, data platforms, analytics, reporting, and other digital operational systems.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to drive organizational change and business performance.
