Job Description
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the IT Infrastructure and Operations division, where you’ll be responsible for providing technical leadership, ensuring reliable and secure IT infrastructure and supporting the continuous modernization of critical technology platforms. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Ensuring high reliability and availability of critical infrastructure and services through SRE and automation best practices
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining resilient systems across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments
- Developing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions that provide actionable insights and improve incident response
- Managing CI/CD pipelines, release reliability, and performing safe deployment strategies (e.g., canary, blue-green)
- Supporting Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes to meet and improve RTO/RPO objectives
- Implementing infrastructure security controls, hardening systems, managing secrets, and supporting regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, NIS2, or similar)
- Collaborating with application, security, and operations teams to continually optimize performance, efficiency, and reliability
- Contributing to technical documentation, mentoring peers, and participating in post-incident reviews to enhance operational excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, platform engineering, or IT operations
- Strong background in Linux/Windows systems administration, networking fundamentals, and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD)
- Practical understanding of observability tools and principles (monitoring, tracing, logging) to ensure service reliability and performance
- Experience in managing or contributing to production environments with high uptime (99.9%+) and critical services
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or NIS2 Directive
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in an Agile or DevOps environment
- Proactive mindset, ownership, and commitment to continuous learning and reliability culture
