Job Description
As an Executive within our Fund Accounting team, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and high‑quality accounting outputs for a diverse portfolio of investment funds. You’ll work closely with the Associate Manager and Manager to prepare daily NAVs, financial statements, tax computations, regulatory filings, and audit deliverables—while engaging directly with clients and auditors to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service across the full fund accounting lifecycle.
What you will do
- You’ll manage end‑to‑end accounting for your fund portfolio, including bookkeeping, preparing periodic and annual accounts, completing accounting files, reconciling financial‑statement figures, and providing data for tax computations.
- You’ll act as a key contact for clients by handling complex queries, managing ad‑hoc requests, escalating issues early, and maintaining strong professional engagement throughout the reporting cycle.
- You’ll track progress on all deliverables, review work completed by junior team members (including OCDS forms), verify financial‑statement accuracy, and ensure outputs meet quality and compliance standards.
- You’ll support audit and regulatory requirements by preparing financial statements, clearing audit queries, providing supporting documents, completing FSC/ODCS surveys, and uploading final statements on FSC One.
- You’ll support seamless team operations by updating planning information, coordinating signatures and approvals, and completing additional accounting tasks to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.

Qualifications
About You
- You have a relevant accounting qualification such as a degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/ACA (minimum Level 2)
- You bring hands‑on experience in a similar role within a global business or fund administration environment, giving you confidence in navigating complex client portfolios
- You have solid experience in corporate accounting and enjoy working with numbers, reconciliations and data
- You’re comfortable working with IFRS, preparing financial statements, and applying relevant laws and regulations—and you take pride in delivering accurate, compliant work
- You’ve worked with tools like Microgen (or similar systems), and you’re eager to build deeper technical skills that help you work smarter and deliver exceptional service.
