Job Description
As an Executive in our Secretarial team, you will handle medium‑to‑high complexity corporate secretarial processes while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory standards. Working closely with the Associate Manager and Manager, you will lead key governance activities, coach junior team members, drive process improvements, and support clients across a diverse portfolio of entities.
What you will do
- You’ll lead and review complex corporate secretarial tasks, including preparing and organising board and shareholder meetings, drafting and reviewing resolutions and minutes, handling director and auditor changes
- You’ll manage governance activities such as constitution amendments, investment approvals, distributions, insurance renewals, MLRO/DMLRO/CO appointments, and AML/KYC reviews
- You’ll support regulatory and compliance deliverables by preparing TRC applications, payment instructions, statutory filings, Annual Administrators Reports, AML/CFT assessments, and other reporting required by Mauritian regulations and the FSC.
- You’ll coach and guide junior team members, review their work, assist during regulator inspections and ensure timely escalation of client or service issues
- You’ll maintain high‑quality record‑keeping by updating systems and planning tools, scanning and archiving documents, executing ad‑hoc client requests, and ensuring the protection of information assets in line with internal ISMS policies.

Qualifications
About You
- You hold a relevant degree or are qualified ICSA, or you’re progressing through ACCA/ACA (at least Level 2) and committed to growing your professional expertise.
- You bring hands-on experience in a similar role within the global business sector and feel confident working in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
- You have solid experience in corporate administration and secretarial matters, and you enjoy supporting clients with a variety of governance needs.
- You’re familiar with the Companies Act, the Financial Services Act, and key legislation governing the Global Business sector in Mauritius.
- You’re proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to apply your technical knowledge to deliver high‑quality secretarial and corporate services.
