Job Description
As a Client Due Diligence Senior Officer you will be part of the Investor Administration team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of investor onboarding and lifecycle management process. You will be responsible for conducting (Enhanced) Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for investors and other related parties of the investment funds and fund managers we service.
You will build and manage strong customer relationships with existing and new clients and their investors, gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions also ensuring we meet our legal and contractual requirements.
What you’ll do
- You’ll serve as the primary operational contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth coordination across all investor-related processes.
- You’ll coordinate and execute investor onboarding—particularly for complex or international structures—by conducting KYC/CDD checks, analyzing ownership structures, performing risk screening, and managing ongoing/periodic reviews.
- You’ll investigate investor transactions flagged by TA teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards, escalating issues when necessary.
- You’ll maintain accurate and up‑to‑date investor data in administration systems, prepare supporting documentation for internal and external use, and collaborate closely with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment.
- You’ll contribute to process‑improvement initiatives, enhance due‑diligence workflows, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field, and certifications such as ICA, ACAMS, NIBE‑SVV (Compliance Professional/Officer), MIFID II/AIFMD/UCITS training, Wft/Wwft courses, or other relevant compliance education.
- You bring 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a fund services or fund manager environment, and are proficient in MS Office and fund‑specific software.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities and show a clear commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
