We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our growing South African Recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working on high-volume recruitment, and has hands-on experience conducting interviews, making placements, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across various roles.

\*\*\* Working Hours: Mon – Thur: 10am - 7pm and Fri: 9am - 6pm SA time ( These working hours are subject to change depending on the operational requirements of the company.) ***
PLEASE NOTE:
- Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role.
- You will be required to work on both South African and US public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).
- Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
- Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement
Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and proactive outreach
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to screen and engage candidates
Interview candidates telephonically and via video platforms (MS Team)
Assess candidates for cultural fit, role suitability, and client requirements
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment trackers (Workable ATS)
Provide regular recruitment progress updates to management
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process
Proven recruitment experience (internal or agency)
Experience recruiting within a BPO, recruitment agency, or call centre environment is strongly preferred
Comfortable working with tight turnaround times
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Confident conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
