We are seeking a Recruitment Reporting Specialist to support a U.S.-based organization specializing in adult communities and hospice care. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition (TA) reporting processes. You will manage data pulled from the ATS, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and recommend improvements to reporting workflows and systems.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical individual with strong Excel skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (6:00 PM – 03:00 AM South African time – subject to daylight savings).
- Public Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).
- Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
- Power Backup: Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
- Work Environment: Fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Talent Acquisition reports generated from the ATS
- Validate and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Troubleshoot reporting errors, including Excel formulas and data discrepancies
- Analyze trends and provide insights to support recruitment operations
- Recommend and implement improvements to reporting processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including TA leadership
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data validation, reporting)
Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
Beginner to intermediate analytics skills
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition environments
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment reporting
Ability to understand operational recruitment workflows
