Our client is a US-based organization specializing in non-emergency medical transportation coordination, ensuring patients have reliable, timely access to healthcare services. Their team works closely with insurance providers and transportation networks to secure appropriate, in-network transport solutions while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and service delivery.
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Transportation Coordinator to support the coordination and verification of patient transport services. This role goes beyond basic dispatching — it requires strong critical thinking, ownership, and the ability to navigate complex booking scenarios to ensure every possible avenue is explored to successfully secure transport.
