Take over a key role as a Senior Platform Engineer inthe Engineering department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.
In this role, you will designandevolvethe platforms that empower our engineering teams, drive reliability at scale, and shape the foundations of Justlife’s technology ecosystem. You will collaborate closely across teams, influence technical direction, and leave a lasting impact on how we build, ship, and operate software.
What we expect from you:
- Architect and evolve Justlife’s internal developer platform on AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda)
- Design scalable, resilient, and observable infrastructure using Terraform
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines across Bitbucket, AWS CodeBuild/CodePipeline, Tekton, and ArgoCD
- Enable self-service workflows and paved paths to boost developer productivity
- Partner closely with backend and frontend engineering teams to support reliable application delivery
- Define and apply reliability patterns including auto-scaling, failover, rollback, and alerting
- Lead incident response, post-incident reviews, and proactive reliability improvements
- Advance observability through dashboards, alerts, and instrumentation
- Implement secure-by-default infrastructure practices and compliance automation
- Mentor engineers through design reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong experience in Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, or SRE within cloud-native environments
- Hands-on expertise with AWS infrastructure and distributed systems
- Deep knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure-as-code best practices
- Proven experience improving CI/CD, release automation, and deployment workflows
- Solid understanding of observability, SLOs, incident management, and operational readiness
- Practical experience with MySQL/Aurora, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis/Valkey, or Memcached
- Experience optimizing AWS costs at scale
- Familiarity with Java, PHP, Python, or JavaScript environments
- Exposure to AI-native platform or automation practices
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and clear communication
- Passion for mentorship and building high-performing engineering teams
