The Opportunity at Komodo Health
Implementation Operations is evolving into an AI-enabled technical delivery organization. This role sits within IO and is hired with a strong aptitude for supporting Marmot implementations and AI-enabled delivery workflows while continuing to own broader IO responsibilities across customer onboarding, recurring deliveries, Vertex migrations, and operational excellence. This is not a Marmot-only role; it is an Implementation Operations role with a Marmot mindset.
Team
The Implementation Operations team owns customer implementations, recurring data refreshes, production deliveries, operational support, and technical onboarding. As Marmot adoption grows, the team will support AI implementations while continuing to own core implementation operations.
Mission
Deliver reliable customer outcomes through high-quality implementation operations while building expertise in Marmot, AI-enabled workflows, automation, and modern technical delivery.
12-Month Outcomes & Responsibilities
Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have accomplished:
- Independently managed customer implementations and recurring deliveries with a high degree of ownership and operational quality.
- Supported AI enabled implementations and onboarding alongside broader Implementation Operations responsibilities.
- Delivered automation improvements that reduced manual effort, improved reliability, or increased delivery efficiency.
- Contributed to AI and Implementation Operations playbooks, documentation, and repeatable operating processes.
These are the essential job duties you will be responsible for:
- Own end-to-end implementation operations, including customer onboarding, recurring data deliveries, production workflows, and operational support.
- Support AI enabled implementations and onboarding by partnering with relevant technical and cross-functional teams.
- Execute and validate production deliveries while maintaining high standards for data quality, timeliness, documentation, and customer impact.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, DPQ, Customer Success, and Technical Engagement to resolve issues and deliver customer outcomes.
- Use GenAI tools and AI capabilities to improve productivity, accelerate technical workflows, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Drive automation, documentation, and process improvements that make implementation operations more scalable and reliable.
Competencies & Qualifications
What you bring to Komodo Health (required):
- Strong SQL and data fundamentals, with the ability to investigate data, validate outputs, and troubleshoot delivery workflows.
- Curiosity and aptitude to learn AI technologies and AI-enabled implementation workflows.
- Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms, or modern data ecosystems.
- Strong ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical partners.
- Comfort working through ambiguity, learning new systems, and taking initiative to solve problems.
Expectations of AI Use in this role:
- Use GenAI tools thoughtfully to accelerate research, troubleshooting, documentation, coding, workflow analysis, and other implementation activities.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to reduce repetitive manual work and improve the quality and scalability of delivery operations.
- Use appropriate judgment, validation, and data-handling practices when applying AI tools to customer and operational workflows.
Additional skills and experience we’d prioritize (nice to have):
- Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Python, or Airflow.
- Healthcare or Life Sciences industry experience.
- SaaS implementation or technical onboarding experience.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and AI-enabled workflows.
