Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Head of Sales within the distribution industry. As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships.   7. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting sales performance, trends, and challenges. Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.

  8. Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance department to establish and manage the sales budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum return on investment.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of successful sales leadership within the distribution industry, preferably with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

  2. Sales Expertise: In-depth understanding of sales strategies, methodologies, and best practices. Familiarity with the distribution industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
