Customer & Product Engagement Associate - LegalTech
Location: Battersea (Hybrid) | Permanent | Full-Time

LEAP First is a rapidly growing user community that helps shape the future of LEAP products. Members gain early access to new features, participate in beta programs, and provide feedback that directly influences product development. The program is scaling from 270 to 7,500+ members.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Product Engagement Associate to support the growth of the LEAP First community across the UK.
This is a hybrid role combining product demonstrations, customer engagement, and community development. You will deliver webinars, present new features, and gather user feedback to generate insights that inform product development.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with clients and product teams while contributing to a high-growth LegalTech program.
What you’ll do
Engage & Grow the Community
- Support and build relationships with LEAP First members across the UK
- Help grow and manage a rapidly expanding user community
- Onboard new members and drive ongoing engagement
Deliver Product Experiences
- Run engaging webinars and live product demonstrations
- Showcase new features, tools, and applications
- Translate complex functionality into clear, practical use cases
Drive Product Feedback & Insights
- Gather and analyse user feedback from the community
- Produce structured reports and insights for product teams
- Play a key role in influencing future product development
Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Support teams
- Share customer insights and contribute to product strategy
- Support cross-functional initiatives and campaigns
Build Client Relationships
- Visit law firms and attend industry events across the UK
- Act as a trusted point of contact for LEAP First members
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- Confident presenter with strong demo or training experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to turn feedback into clear, structured insights
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- The role includes travel within the UK to visit law firms and attend events.
Desirable
- Experience in legal, SaaS, or legal technology
- Familiarity with LEAP or similar platforms
- Background in product demos, training, or customer engagement
