Meet the LEAP First team
LEAP First is our global program focused on building and engaging LEAP’s community of power users. We bring together a diverse representation of our customer base who want to play an active role in shaping the future of LEAP. Members of LEAP First are invited to join an exclusive group of customers who gain early access to new products we have developed. Through webinars, feedback sessions and in person events, members provide valuable insights that help our product teams refine and improve new tools before wider release. LEAP First creates a direct connection between our customers and our product teams, ensuring the voices of real users help guide the evolution of LEAP.
What you’ll do
We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Manager to help grow and shape the LEAP First program globally. You’ll focus on building and engaging our member community while delivering meaningful experiences that bring LEAP users together. You’ll lead initiatives to grow the LEAP First membership base and plan engaging webinars, seminars and in person events that give members opportunities to connect, learn and share feedback. The work you do is crucial in scaling the program from around 270 members today to more than 7,500 globally, helping establish LEAP First as a thriving and influential community of LEAP users.
To make this happen, you will look after:
Membership Growth
- Lead initiatives to grow LEAP First membership globally
- Develop and run campaigns focused on attracting new members
- Identify partnerships and opportunities to expand the program
- Use targeted email marketing and content to drive acquisition
Campaign Management
- Deliver marketing campaigns across email and partner channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and optimise campaigns
- Track performance and adjust strategies to maximise growth
Member Engagement
- Produce member newsletters and communications
- Run surveys and feedback programs
- Support initiatives that strengthen member engagement
- Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve the program
Events & Community Programs
- Plan and deliver webinars, seminars and networking events
- Coordinate events across multiple global regions
- Travel to host key LEAP First events when required
- Ensure events deliver strong member value and engagement
Marketing Technology
- Manage campaigns using Marketing Cloud for email and automation
- Evaluate and implement event platforms where needed
What you’ll bring
- Experience in growth marketing, events, or community marketing
- Proven ability to run campaigns that drive measurable growth
- Experience organising webinars, seminars, or industry events
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms
Consider it a bonus if you have:
- Experience using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
- Experience managing professional or membership-based communities
- Experience within technology or SaaS businesses
