We’re a cross-functional team of legal professionals, software engineers, designers, and client-focused specialists, working closely together to deliver practical products used every day by PI firms.
Our work is guided by in-house Australian Personal Injury Lawyers and informed by a well-established client feedback function, ensuring our products are shaped by real legal practice and continue to evolve in line with how lawyers actually work.

Provide insights into PI legal workflows, documentation, and regulatory changes to ensure software accuracy.
Conduct user testing and provide detailed feedback to ensure applications meet the practical needs of PI law firms.
Work directly with law firms to provide training and ongoing support on matter evaluation and settlement tracking.
Iterate on software functionality to reduce errors and streamline case management processes.
Monitor the personal injury sector to identify emerging trends that should be reflected in future updates.

- Is adaptable and flexible, able to respond quickly to feedback and changing project needs.
