About Livara Health

We offer comprehensive, value-based musculoskeletal (MSK) care for healthcare payors and providers. We combine multidisciplinary care teams, advanced technology, and integrate with local providers.

For over 15 years, we’ve helped patients achieve better outcomes, resulting in fewer surgeries, injections, and opioids compared to traditional conservative treatment options. We partner with fully insured commercial and Medicare Advantage payors and providers, including AIM, Elevance, Scripps, and Providence St. Joseph Health, through flexible value-based payment arrangements that can include assuming the total cost of MSK care. Our patient net promoter score is 94.

Our care focuses on three main capabilities: Care Planning, where our team creates individualized plans based on clinical data, self-assessments, and formal evaluations; Care Delivery, where an interdisciplinary team guides patients through virtual and in-person engagement; and Care Navigation, where we assist patients with finding and scheduling appointments with in-person specialists, imaging, or physical therapy.

Our care delivery services include Physical Therapy, with a team of therapists, orthopedic surgeons, aides, and athletic trainers. We also offer PsychoSocial Support from registered dieticians, mindfulness counselors, sleep specialists, and pain psychologists. We provide Clinical Rounding for patients not progressing as expected, Pain Reprocessing therapy for high acuity cases, Navigation for escalating conservative care, and Habits Support for cessation efforts related to opioids, alcohol, and smoking.

We have 15 years of industry experience and 81 full-time clinicians, and we’ve achieved a 35% reduction in overall MSK care costs.
