We are a personalized brain health platform, providing therapist-guided home neurofeedback. Our core offering includes a mobile application and a system integrating with Muse brain-sensing devices, such as the original Muse (MU-02), Muse 2 (MU-03), Muse S, and Muse S Athena (MS-01, MS-02). Our neuroscience-based technology senses brain activity and delivers personalized brain training programs to improve focus, calm, and overall well-being.

The Myndlift app includes fun brain training sessions, allowing users to watch shows, play games, or listen to music while their brain activity is measured and adjusted through neurofeedback. It also maps brain activity to help users understand their focus, mood, and mental patterns, which informs a tailored training plan. The app also offers brain snapshots, giving users an instant visual pulse of their brain activity to see how lifestyle choices impact their mental state.

We help individuals and clinicians with goals like improving attention difficulties, managing anxiety, enhancing peak performance, reducing stress, and improving sleep. Founded in 2014 by Aziz Kaddan and Anas Abu Mukh, we have delivered over 1,000,000 training sessions to more than 26,000 users and work with thousands of clinicians worldwide. We specialize in healthcare technology, mobile applications, ADHD, and neurofeedback within the Wellness and Fitness Services industry. We have over 10 years of research and product development in this field.

We are a team of 11-50 employees. Co-founders Aziz Kaddan and Anas Abu Mukh started the company in 2014, building on their early experiments with traditional EEG and neurotherapy. Our culture is rooted in human-first support, fostering care and empathy among team members. We emphasize sustainable, meaningful progress, taking a “slow, steady, and steadfast” approach rather than prioritizing growth at all costs. Our culture also embraces a “less is more” philosophy, encouraging focus in both product development and internal operations.
