Job Description
We’re looking for a Paid Media Strategist to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with campaign setup, management, and optimization across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. You’ll work alongside senior strategists and creative teams to ensure campaigns hit their KPIs and deliver ROI for our clients.
This position is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who loves data, problem-solving, and performance advertising — and wants to learn from an agency that manages millions in ad spend every month.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, launch, and monitor paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Assist in developing campaign strategies, budgets, and testing frameworks.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to test new ad concepts, audiences, and landing pages.
- Pull performance reports and summarize key insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date on platform changes, new ad formats, and emerging best practices.
- Help maintain internal tracking documents and dashboards.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital advertising (agency experience preferred but not required).
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Comfortable with numbers, data analysis, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification a plus (but not required).
