Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer – SaaS & Healthcare Technology

Location: Gurugram(Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in building and scaling SaaS products, with the ability to own end-to-end product architecture, drive technical decision-making, and contribute to building modern, secure, and reliable healthcare technology solutions for the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable SaaS applications for U.S. healthcare clients.

• Own the product architecture, ensuring performance, reliability, and security across components.

• Work across the full stack — front end, back end, databases, APIs, deployment, and cloud.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to build robust features.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare technology best practices (security, privacy, data handling).

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

• Stay updated with modern frameworks, tools, and cloud technologies relevant to SaaS and healthcare systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Strong experience building SaaS products in production environments.

• Expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, such as:

• Front End: React.js / Angular / Vue.js

• Back End: Node.js / Python / Java / .NET

• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

• Cloud: Azure preferred (Functions, API Management, App Services, Event Grid, Service Bus)

• Hands-on experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, serverless compute experiences and event-driven architecture.

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have).

• Architecture Skills:

• Ability to design scalable system architecture and make strategic technical recommendations.

• Experience designing scalable systems or acting as “tech lead”.

• Strong grasp of API design, event architecture, DDD patterns.

• AI enabled Development:

• Work with Azure OpenAI, vector databases, LangChain, and embedding-based search.

• Build AI-driven features such as summarization, triaging, automation engines, and productivity tools for healthcare operations.

• Healthcare & Compliance: Understanding of HIPAA, data protection & enterprise-grade security.

• Technical Leadership:

• Product Mindset, Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• Mentor mid level engineers & interns.

• Advocate engineering practices: code reviews, PR discipline, unit testing, DevOps alignment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with U.S. healthcare products, EHR/EMR, RCM, payer/provider systems, or HIPAA-compliant systems (huge plus).

• Understanding of healthcare data workflows, integrations, and security standards.
