NeoWork is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our accounts payable team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the accounts payable function, including managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and implementing best practices to enhance our financial operations.
As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for developing the accounts payable strategy, managing the day-to-day operations of the team, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. You will work closely with internal departments and vendors to foster strong relationships and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the AP function across multiple hospitality clients
Build and maintain scalable workflows, SOPs, and process documentation
Train, mentor, and support the AP team to ensure consistent service quality
Oversee day-to-day AP operations and review complex or escalated items
Support bookkeeping tasks when needed to keep accounts running smoothly
Troubleshoot accounting or operational issues with confidence and clarity
Partner with leadership to design future team structure and scaling strategies
Maintain strong communication with U.S. vendors, clients, and internal teams
Identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions
4+ years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership skills with experience training or developing AP teams
Proven ability to build scalable processes and write clear SOPs
High level of tech-savviness and comfort navigating several accounting tools
Strong auditing, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Clear and confident communication with U.S. vendors and clients
Ability to stay organized within structured workflows while improving them
Proactive mindset and a genuine interest in strengthening both systems and people
