secure platform for resolution of grievances and disputes in an efficient, flexible and inexpensive

manner. We offer the following services:

• Arbitration: Act as an Arbitral Institution and provide state-of-the-art technology for

conducting arbitration online efficiently, both in high-volume and low-value disputes as

well as high-value and big document-heavy disputes.

• Mediation and Conciliation: Act as a Mediation Institution and provide state-of-the-art

technology for conducting mediations and conciliations online efficiently, both in high-

volume and low-value disputes as well as high-value and big and complex disputes.

• Legal Notices: Automate the preparation and dispatch of Legal Notices for Banks,

NBFCs and Fintechs.

• Grievance Redressal: Provide a plug-and-play and RBI Compliance grievance redressal

system for Banks, NBFCs and Fintechs.

We are hiring a Senior GTM Expert who will sit at the core of our growth motion. You will research

accounts, build outbound engines, run campaigns, and generate pipeline. The role demands

technical curiosity, execution velocity and a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build target account lists across banks, NBFCs, MFIs, digital lenders and fintech companies.

• Identify and map decision-makers.

• Conduct Industry research and assess existing systems

• Structure account intelligence and persona insights for targeted outreach.

• Build and manage outbound sequences using Apollo.

• Handle first-touch replies and qualification.

• Run structured follow-ups and maintain CRM hygiene.

• Own top-of-funnel pipeline metrics and report progress weekly.

• Track outreach performance.

• Build reports/dashboards for internal visibility.

• Derive insights from conversions and iterate on winning experiments.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have:

• 3 to 5 years experience in outbound, SDR, growth or GTM roles.

• Strong command of outbound tools: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems.

• Analytical, process-driven approach to GTM execution.

• Independent ownership mindset.

• Experience selling in the BFSI sector.

Good to have:

• Understanding of debt collections, arbitration workflows, grievance redressal or compliance.

• Ability to create collateral such as case studies, decks and one-pagers.

Logistics

• Office is in Sector 110, Noida (Delhi NCR). Ample parking is available
