At Ryz Labs, We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator / Project Manager to own the coordination and execution of creative content and social media operations. This role is ideal for someone highly organized who thrives at the intersection of creativity and structure, ensuring content moves forward smoothly, teams stay aligned, and deadlines are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination of creative content production with filmmakers, producers, and external teams
- Manage the social media content pipeline, including planning, scheduling, and posting
- Act as project manager for creative deliverables, timelines, and deadlines
- Handle day-to-day communication with external creative partners
- Ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with brand voice and event calendars
- Support smooth execution across multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- Experience in marketing coordination, project management, or creative operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple workflows and deadlines at once
- Experience coordinating with external creative teams (filmmakers, designers, producers)
- Familiarity with social media content workflows and posting schedules
