We are a law firm founded in 2013, specializing in upstream oil and gas law. We support operators, landmen, mineral buyers, executives, and in-house counsel across more than 15 states in the U.S. Lower 48, covering every major oil and gas basin. Our offices are in Columbus, OH, Houston, TX, Lafayette, LA, Midland, TX, Oklahoma City, OK, and San Antonio, TX.

We provide legal services including oil and gas title opinions (drilling, division order, and supplemental), litigation, mineral transactions, acquisition and divestiture due diligence, contract review and negotiation, and regulatory matters.

Our team includes attorneys, some of whom are board certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Many of us also have experience as landmen, in-house counsel, or oil and gas executives. Our work has been recognized by publications such as Chambers, Inc. 5000, VaultLaw, Inc. Regionals Southwest, Houston Business Journal, and Legal 500 for Energy and Natural Resources.
