Job Description

We are looking for an HRIS Engineer specialised in reporting to join our highly committed and dynamic international Global Enterprise IT team on an 18th month assignment. The Enterprise  IT team is responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure as well as developing and administering internal systems.

You’ll play a key role in the HRIT landscape. By providing your expertise on Oracle HCM, you’ll be responsible for the configuration, customization, and support of the system. You’ll support business-critical processes and integrations.

What you will be doing:

• Develop, maintain and optimize our Oracle HCM instance to ensure seamless integration processes;
• Configure, design and support Oracle HCM to effectively meet the business requirements;
• Utilize fast formulas, SQL and data analysis tools to generate reports and integrate HR applications;
• Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data integration ensuring the data integrity;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and transform business needs into effective solutions;
• Create comprehensive end-user and technical documentation;
• Support application training sessions;
• Attend to projects based on stakeholders demands and expectations;
• Work closely with the HR team to orchestrate data loads efficiently;
• Collaborate with other technical teams to troubleshoot and fix identified integration issues;
• Ensure successful implementation of system releases and updates;
• Perform security reviews and establish necessary controls;
• Provide assistance to HR stakeholders as needed

Who we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM experience, including expertise in Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Compensation
• Proven proficiency in Oracle BI, BI  Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts
• Experience with  Redwood UX and Visual Builder
• Experience handling HCM implementations/upgrades;
• Used to work with Oracle HCM in large, tiered environments (Dev, Test, Prod), understanding processes parametrization across different environments;
• Multi-tasking ability in managing multiple projects;
• Team player with good analytical and problem solving skills
• AI literacy and proven experience in creating and leveraging AI tools and agents
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
