Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer
- Strong hands-on experience with Apache Airflow (MWAA experience is a plus).
- Experience working with Snowflake.
- Solid knowledge of SQL.
- Ability to design, build, and maintain data pipelines and integrations.
- Comfortable collaborating with leadership, DevOps, research teams, and customer support.
- Previous experience working in small companies or startups.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and troubleshoot effectively.
- Conversational English – able to collaborate and communicate with an international team.
- Willingness to overlap occasionally with Pacific and Hong Kong time zones for QA and debugging.
- Proactive communicator, responsive on Slack during working hours.
