About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a product-focused engineering team building impactful solutions in the mental healthcare space.
This is a hands-on role where you will contribute directly to the development of a modern platform, working across the full stack and collaborating closely with Product and cross-functional teams. You will take ownership of features from concept to production, helping shape both the technical direction and the user experience.
We are looking for engineers who not only write high-quality code, but also think in terms of product impact, scalability, and real-world outcomes. Experience working with AI tools as part of your daily workflow is a key component of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs
- Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling and query optimization
- Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS (ECS preferred)
- Own features end-to-end (design → development → production)
- Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience
- Use AI tools to accelerate development and enhance workflows
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering
- Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Experience building and shipping complex features in production systems
- Proven track record of owning and delivering technical initiatives end-to-end
- Experience contributing to 0 → 1 product development
- Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred, ECS is a plus)
- Proficiency using AI tools in daily development workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Passion or interest in improving mental healthcare outcomes
Nice to Have:
- Experience in HIPAA-regulated healthcare or fintech environments
- Experience integrating AI/ML solutions in production
