About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced HubSpot administrator to support our RevOps function on a part-time, ongoing basis. This is a flexible contractor role ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on HubSpot work and wants to supplement their income with steady, manageable hours.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows (marketing and sales automations)
- Create and refine reports and dashboards to support sales and marketing teams
- Build and manage audience lists and segmentation for campaigns
- Maintain data hygiene and assist with CRM cleanup as needed
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize existing automations
- Document processes and configurations
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot admin experience
- Proficiency across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub (CS workspace)
- Strong understanding of workflow logic, list segmentation, and custom reporting
- Detail-oriented with a bias toward clean, well-documented work
- Responsive communicator who can work asynchronously
- Independent contractors only β no agencies, please
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or healthcare tech environments
Logistics
- Approximately 5 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
- Fully remote, international ok (within 5 hours of EST timezone)
- Ongoing engagement with potential to grow
