Your tasks & responsibilities
- You own the customer relationship from contract signature through to full product adoption — you are the main point of contact throughout.
- You lead the technical data integration of new customers, connecting ERP systems and other data sources to Packa (e.g. SFTP setup, tenant/user configuration, data mapping and verification).
- You conduct gap analyses of customer data structures and ensure a clean, complete migration into Packa.
- You plan and run onboarding workshops and training sessions tailored to your audience — whether that’s an IT team, a procurement lead, or a sustainability manager.
- You handle support during the onboarding phase: responding to emails, triaging tickets, and looping in Engineering or our Packaging specialists where needed.
- You work with Sales when prospects have specific integration or onboarding questions before signing.
- You pick up solid knowledge of packaging topics and regulations along the way — enough to hold your own in customer conversations and know when to bring in a packaging expert.
- You collaborate closely with Product and feed back what you see in the field — your ear to the market directly shapes what gets built next.
- You contribute to our “Packademy”: building out training content, formats, and self-serve resources — and helping define how we onboard customers at scale.
Your profile
- 2+ years in SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, or a similar role. Hands-on B2B software experience is essential.
- You’ve done data integrations before: ERP connections, SFTP, CSV/Excel, APIs, or EDI — you know what it takes to get messy customer data into shape.
- You can read a data structure, spot what’s off, and fix it without needing someone to hold your hand.
- You communicate clearly and directly internally and externally — e.g. with a packaging buyer, a customer’s IT manager, or a Packa software engineer.
- You’ve run workshops or training sessions and know how to read a room.
- You take ownership seriously: your customers are your customers, and you stay on top of them.
- You’re comfortable building as you go: processes here are evolving, and you’d rather improve them than wait for them to be perfect.
- Fluent in German and English.
