The Role
We’re seeking a curious and agile Marketing Intern to support our marketing operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects that improve marketing efficiency, manage events and content calendars, maintain marketing automation workflows, and leverage AI tools to enhance our discoverability.
Your responsibilities
Marketing Efficiency & Project Management (35%)
- Manage and optimize the marketing content calendar
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events, webinars, and trade shows
- Track marketing project timelines and deliverables
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements
- Maintain marketing asset library and brand resources
Marketing Automation & Technology (30%)
- Optimize email workflows and drip campaigns in marketing automation platform
- Set up automated nurture campaigns for different buyer personas
- Support CRM data hygiene and lead management processes
- Test and QA marketing automation workflows before deployment
LLM Optimization & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) (35%)
- Optimize content and web presence for AI-powered search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini)
- Research and implement GEO best practices to increase brand visibility in LLM responses
- Structure content with semantic markup and schema to improve AI discoverability
- Analyze the impact of GEO strategies on brand visibility and traffic
- Stay current on emerging AI search technologies and their marketing implications
Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Strong academic record with coursework in digital marketing or analytics preferred
- Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging marketing technologies
Technical Skills
- Willingness to learn marketing tech tools (HubSpot, Clay, Webflow etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization
- Comfortable working with data and creating reports
