About the role

As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of Sourcr’s growth – working closely with our Sales Manager and Customer Success team to share the Sourcr vision with recruitment agencies, demonstrate the impact of our platform, and guide new customers through onboarding.

This is a role for someone who loves speaking with clients, is energised by growth, and wants to help reshape how trust is built in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sharing the Sourcr platform to recruitment agency leaders on live demos.
  • Managing the onboarding process for small accounts and working with customer success to manage larger accounts.
  • Working with the SEEK sales team to leverage their relationships with recruitment agencies to generate warm referrals.
  • Creating live webinars and on demand content to acquire customers at scale. • Building relationships with industry leaders

Qualifications

Skills and experience

You’re someone who:

  • Loves working with people – you genuinely enjoy talking to new clients and building long‑term relationships.
  • Brings high energy and strong organisation, comfortable managing a large number of accounts while prioritising effectively.
  • Thrives in a fast‑moving, sometimes unstructured environment – you show initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Is humble, helpful and empathetic – people like being around you, and you build trust quickly.

You’ll likely have at least 2 years’ experience in one or more of the following:

  • A recruitment agency in a client‑facing role
  • Working with recruitment agencies in a client‑facing capacity (e.g. vendor, partner, or service provider)
  • A software company in a customer‑facing role
  • A B2B outbound sales role

Or you bring a strong combination of the above experiences and can demonstrate how it sets you up for success in this position.
