We develop an AI-powered offsite construction platform for homebuilding. Our Factory-as-a-Service™ solution uses robotics and automation to manage the entire construction process, from digital design to robotic production and on-site logistics.
Our platform’s features include Push-Button Manufacturing, which converts design files into manufacturing instructions. It also offers Automated Estimating for material and labor forecasts, Integrated Procurement and Vendor Management to coordinate material delivery, and Production Management for scheduling projects. We provide Analytics and Reporting for production insights, and Logistics and Work Order management for site delivery and installation.
This platform supports building single-family homes, townhouses, and multi-unit buildings. Our approach can make builds up to 60% faster, improve labor efficiency, and save capital daily, helping solve the construction industry’s labor shortages.
