The Security & Administrative Operations Specialist supports the Head of Security by coordinating store stocktakes/inventories, overseeing the monitoring and follow-up of security equipment and systems, and ensuring the smooth administrative operation of the Security team.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Stocktakes / Inventories
- Participate in the planning and coordination of store stocktakes/inventory counts.
- Track and monitor stocktake plans (by region / store / time period).
- Review and validate results and variances/deviations when required.
B. Security Operations Support
- Provide support on security issues arising from stores.
- Contribute to the coordination of day-to-day Security operational matters.
C. Equipment / Systems Monitoring
- Monitor proper operation of security equipment (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.).
- Record equipment needs, shortages, and replacement requirements.
- Track and follow up on store requests related to security equipment.
D. Security Checklist & Compliance
Create, maintain, and update Security Checklists for:
- new store openings
- remodelings/refurbishments
- periodic store audits/inspections
Monitor checklist completion and communicate gaps and corrective actions.

- IT & Procurement (systems & equipment)
- External security vendors
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Analytical mindset, reporting capability, and data literacy
