Founded in 2016, we offer a modular, embedded insurance platform that helps companies and insurers build digital insurance experiences across Europe. Our platform-as-a-service is API-first and flexible enough for different products, partners, countries, or risk carriers. We cover millions of users in 32 European countries and partner with companies such as Revolut, Monzo, ING, Mastercard, Deliveroo, and NIO.
Our services include claims handling, customer care, and legal and compliance expertise, with AI assisting in claims. The platform’s modules include an API suite, policies, distribution, a dashboard, and claims. We can develop and distribute various insurance products, such as Accident, Mobility, Purchase, Property, and Travel. We’re also product-agnostic, meaning we can co-create specific coverage. We are licensed to operate in 32 European countries, including the UK, and are regulated as a Belgian untied insurance agent.
Our customer care provides 24⁄7 support in 15 languages, achieving a 90% CSAT score. We handle around 200,000 interactions yearly, with AI support. AI-assisted claims management resolves claims 75% faster, and 99% of claimants are satisfied with this assistance. Our platform is cloud-native and ISO 27701 & 27001 certified for data privacy and security. Since 2016, we’ve helped over 440 brands and insurers and have raised $70M.
