We provide deep customer understanding by processing 6.8 billion sessions each month from 50% of the world’s internet users. Our platform collects data across web, mobile, and other digital channels, revealing real-time customer behavior and intent to help businesses drive revenue.

Our core offerings include Continuous Product Design, Product Analytics, Session Replay, and Performance Metrics. We also offer Felix Agentic, an AI-powered analytics agent that helps users understand digital business.

Since our founding in 2015, we’ve grown to serve global brands across industries like Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Financial Services, Telecom, Healthcare, and Gaming. We achieved unicorn status in 2021 and reached $100M ARR in 2023. We launched Felix AI in 2024. We were named a Strong Performer in the 2025 Forrester Wave for Digital Analytics and have secured $251M in funding.
