RAPP New York is looking for a Junior Experience Strategist to join our award-winning Experience Strategy team.

YOUR ROLE:
We’re seeking a strategic thinker with experience in marketing, advertising, customer experience, CRM, and/or digital communications, along with a passion for interesting brands and a talent for sparking fresh ideas. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of accounts, initially with a focus on the automotive industry, partnering with collaborative clients and cross-disciplinary teams to develop integrated strategies across CRM and digital channels that inspire strong work and drive meaningful results.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop CRM and digital communications strategies that identify, capture, and nurture consumers across the full customer journey, creating connected experiences across channels including web, email, mobile, social, paid media, and direct mail
- Conduct primary research and analyze third-party research to uncover insights that inform strategic plans, audience approaches, and creative briefs
- Tell persuasive, insight-driven stories by translating complex strategies, data, and journey thinking into clear, visually compelling narratives that drive alignment and inspire creative output
- Develop creative briefs, brief internal creative teams, and partner with them to inspire strong work across CRM and digital channels
- Devise content and communication strategies that personalize at scale to engage different audiences and drive action across touchpoints
- Perform current state analyses including, but not limited to, market, customer, channel, and competitive analyses
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing Sciences team to establish audience strategy, test-and-learn plans, measurement approaches, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate closely with other vendors and agency partners to ensure strategic consistency across CRM, digital, and broader program elements
- Present strategic recommendations clearly and confidently to agency and client stakeholders
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- 1+ years of experience in strategic planning (with a brand, at an agency or similar)
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate strategic research, synthesize insights, write creative briefs and uncover emerging cultural, behavioral, and category trends.
- Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing channels, with an interest in how they work together to create connected customer experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with various deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and development of PowerPoint or Keynote presentations.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with strict attention to detail.

- Automotive category experience (a plus but not required)

This range is specific to NYC and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
