Job Description
18-month contract
At Reitmans, visual presentation is more than how a store looks, it’s how the brand comes to life. We’re looking for a Visual Presentation professional to help shape seasonal direction and ensure every in-store execution feels consistent, current, and aligned.
In this role, you partner closely with the Visual Presentation Manager to bring ideas from concept to floor. You sit at the center of visual, merchandising, and marketing, making sure product flow, promotions, and visual standards all connect seamlessly. You bring both a creative eye and an operational mindset, turning strategy into strong, consistent execution across stores.
What the role looks like
- Collaborating with visual teams to plan and execute floor sets and communications
- Managing timelines and product flow with merchandising, planning, and allocation teams
- Partnering with merchandising to align product movement with promotions and storefront presentations
- Supporting seasonal planning and submitting floor set strategies
- Working with marketing to ensure all visual and promotional elements are aligned and delivered
- Contributing to the visual calendar and overall planning roadmap
- Allocating fixtures, hardware, and mannequins for store openings and retrofits
- Analyzing visual strategies and in-store tests, with recommendations based on results
Qualifications
What you bring
- College diploma in Fashion Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or planning within fashion retail
- Strong sense of creativity balanced with structure and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Bilingual in English and French to support stores across Canada
