About the Role

The Head of Clinical Operations is accountable for ensuring that ReKlame’s clinical capacity is reliably converted into completed, compliant, high-quality patient visits at scale.

You will own the operational execution, throughput, and scalability of clinical services across providers, states, and payers. They are responsible for designing systems that allow the organization to grow visit volume without sacrificing quality, provider experience, or regulatory compliance. This role is equal parts hands-on operator and systems builder. This role reports into the Chief Executive Officer.

What You’ll Work On

1. Clinical Throughput & Capacity Management

  • Own provider capacity planning across states, licenses, and payers

  • Ensure Clinical schedules are balanced, efficient, and sustainable

  • Maximize provider utilization while preventing burnout

  • Forecast hiring needs aligned with visit growth targets

  • Ensure operations is prepared before growth initiatives launch

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Leadership, Finance, and Growth

2. End-to-End Clinical Workflow Execution

  • Own the full clinical delivery lifecycle: intake → scheduling → visit → follow-up

  • Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks

  • Reduce no-shows, cancellations, and visit leakage

  • Standardize workflows while maintaining patient-centered care

  • Ensure timely documentation and clean clinical handoffs

3. Quality, Compliance & Risk (Operational Ownership)

  • Operationalize clinical protocols defined/in partnership with Medical Leadership

  • Ensure workflows meet federal, state, Medicaid, and payer requirements

  • Partner on audits, QA initiatives, and Risk Management

  • Identify operational risk early and implement mitigation plans

4. Scaling the Clinical Machine

  • Build repeatable, scalable clinical ops playbooks

  • Prepare operations for new initiatives, service lines, and partnerships

  • Stress-test systems ahead of volume spikes

  • Maintain consistency and performance as visit volume scales

Outcome: ReKlame can grow rapidly without operational chaos.

5. Team Leadership and Management

  • Build, manage, and develop the clinical operations team

  • Define clear roles, escalation paths, and accountability

  • Coach and mentor ops leaders and frontline teams

  • Serve as the primary operational partner to Growth, Finance, Business Operations, Revenue Cycle, Medical Leadership, and Chief of Staff.

  • The relentless ability to drive high levels of provider engagement and retention in collaboration with Business and Medical leadership.

  • Ensure operational readiness and continuous innovation to support company growth initiatives effectively.

  • Maintain consistent utilization of providers across all states and service lines.

  • Lead and manage the team effectively, promoting strong cross-functional collaboration.

(Specific targets will be set collaboratively based on growth stage and operational baselines.)

What You’ll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Registered Nursing, or a related field required. A master’s degree (MBA, MPH, or MHA) is a Plus.

  • Experience: 8+ years in operations leadership, including 5+ years in healthcare or clinical settings. Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in dynamic, growth-oriented environments, and to develop scalable, system-wide operational solutions.

  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth experience with workflow design, process improvement, and driving operational efficiency in clinical environments. Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA).

  • Leadership and Communication: A collaborative leader who inspires multidisciplinary teams with empathy and clarity, drives alignment toward shared goals, and communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Skilled in leveraging data analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and inform organizational strategy.

  • Commitment to Equity: Passion for embedding equity, accessibility, and inclusivity into all aspects of clinical operations.

  • Change Leadership: Proven ability to implement and guide organizational change with a forward-looking perspective.

  • Results Orientation: A track record of delivering measurable, system-wide solutions in high-growth settings.

  • Location Requirements: This hybrid role requires a minimum of 3 to 4 days per week in the office, working closely with our leadership team and cross-functional departments. This role will work out of our Grand Central Office, designed with a modern, psychologically welcoming environment and intentionally created to encourage collaboration. To ensure a strong onboarding experience, we require the first six months to be completed in person.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 commensurate with experience

  • Bonus: Performance-based incentive plan
