We provide outsourced human resources (HR) services for small and mid-sized businesses, mostly working with businesses in California. We started in 2021, and our team has 30 years of combined HR experience.

All services are delivered remotely. These include employee relations, hiring and onboarding, California labor law compliance, offboarding and termination support, payroll assistance, employee training, HR audits and custom solutions, HR consulting, recruiting and hiring, employee setup, HR on-call support, policy and procedure development, employee handbooks, and benefits administration.

We offer flexible pricing for our recruiting services, including flat fees per hire or hourly billing. We also support clients with employees in over 20 states for payroll and records management.

Our mission is to manage HR challenges and give small and mid-sized businesses expert, affordable, and reliable HR help, without the cost of an in-house HR department.

We aim to give business owners peace of mind. We do this by ensuring compliance, streamlining HR tasks, offering personalized service, and responding quickly.

We are a small team of 1-10 employees. Our team includes Founder and HR Consultant Jamie Urquhart (SHRM-SCP), HR Consultant Alina Sanchez (PHR, PHRca), HR Assistant Isabela Escol, Recruiter Lina Baron, and HR Recruiter and Assistant Ana Chinchilla.

Jamie Urquhart founded the company in 2021 and has over 15 years of HR experience. Alina Sanchez also has over 15 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, and business operations.

All our services are provided remotely. We call ourselves “HR ninjas” because we handle compliance and streamline HR tasks, allowing our clients to focus on growing their businesses.
