The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) – US Mid-Market, you will play a critical role in accelerating Rydoo’s expansion in the United States. You will be responsible for building a qualified pipeline within mid-market accounts (500–2,000 employees) through strategic outbound prospecting and targeted account engagement.
You will partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to execute territory and account-based strategies that generate high-quality sales opportunities. This is a quota-carrying role with direct impact on revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a consistent outbound pipeline targeting US mid-market organizations
Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies (cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach, and account-based tactics)
Identify and engage decision-makers in Finance, Accounting, and Operations
Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges related to expense management, compliance, and spend visibility
Qualify opportunities using structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC frameworks as applicable)
Collaborate with Account Executives to align on territory planning and account penetration strategies
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and activity tracking
Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing dynamics, and buyer behavior

1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (SDR/BDR or outbound-focused role preferred)
Proven ability to meet or exceed pipeline generation quotas
Strong outbound prospecting skills with high activity discipline
Experience targeting mid-market accounts in the US is a plus
Familiarity with account-based prospecting and structured qualification methodologies
Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
Growth-oriented mindset with resilience and coachability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+ level)
Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment
Team-oriented and collaborative

- Team: Sales - Expense Business Line
- Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid model with 2 days per week in-office once our new office opens)
