Job Description

Job Summary

The Chief of Staff (COS) for Community Development will report directly to Miguel Guadalupe (VP of Community Development) and serve as his primary operational partner, helping to project manage priorities, track deliverables, improve processes, and manage logistics across his work.

You will be responsible for ensuring that initiatives move forward with speed, clarity, and accountability—owning follow-through, coordinating stakeholders, and managing the operational details that allow Miguel to focus on high-impact relationships, partnerships, and strategic work.

This is an opportunity for a highly organized, execution-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys enabling senior leaders to operate at their highest level. The role blends project management, operations, and executive support, and will have a meaningful influence on how effectively the organization runs day to day.
