Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Workplace Engineer to take ownership of our Digital Workplace environment, with a strong focus on Omnissa Workspace ONE.
You will be responsible for managing and evolving a modern workplace environment supporting over 1,200 Windows and Apple devices in a company with multiple international locations.
This role requires strong hands-on expertise combined with a structured, process-oriented mindset.
What will you do?
Manage, operate, and further develop the Omnissa Workspace ONE (UEM/MDM) environment
Support and manage a fleet of over 1,200 devices (Windows and Apple) across multiple international locations
Manage and maintain Apple Business Manager and Windows Autopilot
Design and operate automated device enrollment for Windows and Apple devices
Package, deploy, and maintain Windows and macOS applications
Troubleshoot MDM-related issues across devices, applications, and policies
Design, implement, and improve Modern Workplace concepts and standards
Build, document, and optimize end-to-end workplace processes (device lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, compliance)
Ensure secure, stable, and user-friendly endpoint management
Collaborate with IT Security, Identity, Network, and Infrastructure teams
Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement within the workplace environment
Collaborate closely with the IT Security team to ensure device compliance and device security, including security baselines, disk encryption, and certificate management
Work together with the Identity team (Okta) to ensure automated assignment of applications, policies, and user access
Design and maintain secure device configurations aligned with corporate security standards
Create custom sensors using scripts and integrate them into Workspace ONE Intelligence for monitoring and automation
Proactively identify security and compliance gaps and drive remediation actions
Qualifications
What you should bring:
3+ years of experience in Workplace Engineering
3+ years of hands-on experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM, or similar
Experience with Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager for automated device enrollment
Strong understanding of Modern Workplace technologies and device lifecycle management
Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
Interest in new technologies and continuous improvement
Hands-on experience with device security and compliance (security baselines, disk encryption, certificates)
Experience working with identity platforms, ideally Okta, and automated policy/application assignments
Ability to create custom sensors using scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Bash) and integrate them into Workspace ONE Intelligence
Strong understanding of security-focused Modern Workplace concepts
Proven experience in building and improving workplace-related processes
Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Motivation to work in a dynamic, international company
