Founded in 2018, we are a third-party administrator (TPA) in the Human Resources Services industry. We combine modern software with a focus on employee experience. We provide an end-to-end leave management solution for employers in the United States and Canada.

Our platform automates employee leave processes, reduces compliance risks, improves the employee experience, and helps contain costs. We serve clients from startups to public companies, including Headspace, Chime, Bumble, Reddit, Brex, and HackerOne.

Our software includes Administrator and HRBP Dashboards, a Manager Dashboard, a Leave Tracker, a Visual Leave Plan, and a Personalized Payroll Plan. These tools streamline workflows for HR and People Operations teams. Our services automate federal, state, and local filings, saving 20-40 hours per leave. We offer customized leave plans for compliance with federal, state, and local policies across various leave types, such as parental, medical, caregiver, ADA, and company leaves. Our dedicated leave specialists work with HR, payroll, and employees to manage intake, explain company policies, outline wage replacement options, and develop personalized leave plans.

We integrate with HRIS, payroll providers, third-party insurance carriers like MetLife and Unum, and state agencies (including CA EDD) via file feeds to handle paperwork and integrate benefits into payroll plans. We maintain enterprise-ready security for customer data and privacy. We have received high ratings, with 4.8 stars on both G2 and Capterra, and our customers have saved over $300 million in payroll costs.
