We develop a Reliability Intelligence Platform that helps engineers predict and prevent software outages. Our platform unifies ITSM, HR, and observability data into a single view to reduce alert noise and decrease mean time to resolution (MTTR).

Our Infrastructure Responsive Design uses an application-layer approach. It allows systems to adapt to changing conditions by efficiently allocating resources at the client, edge, and server levels. This ensures critical customer interactions and user journeys remain smooth during peak traffic or when system capacity is lost.

We help deliver a great customer experience without requiring major infrastructure changes or more team members. Our tools include critical user journey analysis, solutions for scaling knowledge, and features to identify underutilized assets and adjust to demand. This helps reduce costs while maintaining system quality. We also provide load shedding and traffic management solutions.

Our mission is to make software reliability accessible to everyone, not just large tech companies. We believe that true reliability comes from a combination of the right tools, code, culture, and community, and we strive to equip organizations with all these elements.

Stanza was founded in 2022 by experienced Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) and developers who are dedicated to building reliable software. We are a small team of 1-10 individuals. We believe great reliability needs more than just tools and code; it also requires the right culture and a strong community.
