What You’ll Do

The Manager, Clinical Quality is responsible for executing and supporting quality programs and oversight of daily quality assurance activities supporting clinical operations. This person will work with cross functional team members

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for planning and implementing the performance improvement program to meet the needs of the clinic.
  • Facilitates performance improvement activities, and CQI activities throughout the clinics.
  • Acts as resource person to administrative team, department managers, and clinical staff.
  • Performs clinical risk management functions.
  • Oversight responsibility for all regulatory body surveys.
  • Maintains oversight responsibility for all performance improvement activities conducted throughout the clinic.
  • This position will assist with the development of key quality performance indicators and monitor the program’s data.
  • Establishes collaborative relationships with team members to ensure that quality data trends are identified and reviewed. Corrective actions are taken if necessary.
  • Monitors and maintains statistics necessary to measure the effectiveness of various quality data efforts through the use of dashboards
  • Monitors and maintains data on Quality rates in a monthly report to the Quality Director.
  • Works in collaboration with the Clinical Manager to maintain the data on clinic compliance ensuring that standard operation procedures are completed and adjusted if needed.
  • Conducts staff training and seeks training opportunities within the community to enhance support services and staff knowledge.
  • Drive the implementation of integrated and comprehensive data-driven Quality Assurance activities, procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs and to ensure a continued state of inspection readiness.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (preferably nursing) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years’ related experience i.e.; quality, compliance, etc.
  • Registered Nurse License required.
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms.
  • Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs.

  • Ability to teach, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, customer service, relationship development, results orientation, team building and decision-making.
  • Understanding of Value Based Care.
  • Demonstrated ability, or potential, to excel in smaller entrepreneurial organizations.
  • Excels at developing strong patient/family relationships that fosters engagement and best outcomes.
  • Experience leading virtual teams.
  • Ability to building strong strategic work relationships and trust.
  • Excellent verbal, written and meeting presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to continuous Improvement, planning, and organizing.
  •  Proven ability to be a team player.

Annual Base Salary Range: $85,500 - $104,000
