What you will do:

  • Identify and engage target customers across multi-site and facility-based organizations, including:

    • Retail chains (multi-location operations);
    • Hotels and hospitality groups;
    • Schools, universities, and campus environments;
    • Other large facilities with similar infrastructure profiles;
  • Ensure all prospecting and qualification activity is aligned with the core technical requirement, prioritizing facilities where centralized or scalable AC control challenges exist;

  • Focus outreach on organizations operating 30+ split AC units controlled via IR remote systems;

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified decision-makers within relevant operational and facility management functions across target industries.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written);
  • Proven B2B outbound lead generation experience with a strong track record of booking qualified meetings;
  • Advanced prospecting and decision-maker targeting, with hands-on experience engaging Facilities, Operations, Energy, and General Management leaders;
  • Expertise in building highly targeted prospect lists and executing multi-channel outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, and light call touches) aligned with ICP requirements;
  • Strong ability to qualify prospects against strict ICP criteria, ensuring sales-ready opportunities and high meeting quality;
  • Experience targeting sites or portfolios with 30+ split AC units controlled via IR remotes (non-thermostat-based systems), aligning outreach to technical and operational realities;
  • Commitment to professional outreach standards, including high deliverability practices, personalized messaging (no blasting/spam), opt-out management, and full awareness of GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance;
  • Comfortable tracking outreach activities and outcomes in HubSpot (preferred) or shared tracking systems, with consistent weekly performance reporting and insights;
  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
