As an Executive Assistant on the EA Shared Services Team in our Gurgaon office, you’ll play a vital role in enabling senior leaders to operate at their best by managing complex schedules, coordinating global logistics, and driving operational excellence. You’ll be a trusted partner who helps optimize executive time, ensures seamless collaboration across teams and time zones, and contributes to the success of a fast-growing global organization. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leaders in a global organization.
• Proven experience managing complex calendars, scheduling across multiple time zones, and coordinating executive logistics.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience handling domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Bonus points if you have:
• Experience supporting multiple executives in a shared services or high-growth environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
How you’ll make an impact:
• Partner closely with senior executives to manage daily priorities, schedules, and administrative responsibilities.
• Coordinate complex meetings across multiple time zones and ensure seamless execution of virtual and in-person engagements.
• Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
• Serve as a key point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
• Handle confidential business matters with accuracy, professionalism, and urgency.
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling, logistical, and operational challenges to maximize executive effectiveness.
